Travelling to Perm Russia

In late 2010 and again over the 2010 - 2011 New Years, my wife and I travelled to Perm, Russia. In preparing for our trip, we heard many different stories about what was and was not available in the city, how few folks spoke English much of what we heard was much different from what we found.
